Ingredients

durum WHEAT semolina, water, fresh whey cheese ricotta (sweet WHEY (MILK), CREAM (MILK), skim MILK), EGGS 6 %, bear's garlic 6 %, WHEAT flour, cheese mozzarella (MILK, salt), CHEESE (MILK), salt, WHEAT protein, rapeseed oil, sugar, spices. Preperation

  • Simmer

    Cook food by heating it in water kept just below the boiling point (same as coddling)
  • Steam

    Steam oven: Put the content of the bag into a GN container. Add a little oil and mix well. Preheat the steam oven to around 95 °C and steam the pasta for 8 minutes. Saucepan/tilting vat: Add the frozen pasta to boiling, lightly salted water and leave to simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.

Storage instructions

Store at -18 °C at least, do not refreeze once thawed.
