Certified food safety

All Hilcona plants are certified according to the food safety standard IFS Food. We work with certified suppliers and have, for example, over 400 of our own contract farmers. All products are monitored under the strict HACCP system. This ensures that perfect quality is produced.

Every year, we carry out over 25'000 checks of raw materials and over 75'000 inspections of finished products through a wide variety of processes.
