Preperation

  • Deep fry

    Cooking submerged in hot oil or fat
  • Pan fry

    Form of frying characterized by the use of less cooking oil than deep frying
  • Steam

    Combi-steamer: Preheat cooker, cook frozen burger at 175 °C (hot air) for about 15 minutes. Frying pan: Fry frozen burger with just a bit of oil over a medium heat for about 12 minutes, turning several times. Deep fat fryer: Fry frozen burger at 175 °C for 8 minutes. Tip: if product is thawed, reduce the cooking time by about 3-4 minutes.
