Ingredients

water, durum WHEAT semolina, cheese 6 % (MILK), fresh whey cheese ricotta (sweet whey (MILK), cream (MILK), skim MILK), EGGS, WHEAT flour, salt, yeast, spices, sugar. Preperation

  • Simmer

    Saucepan/tilting vat: Add the frozen pasta to boiling, lightly salted water and leave to simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Steam

    Steam oven: Put approx. 2 kg into a GN container. Add a little oil and mix well. Preheat the steam oven to around 95 °C and steam the pasta for 8 minutes.

Storage instructions

Keep frozen at -18 °C, best before end: see on front. Do not refreeze after defrosting!
