Preperation

Simmer
Cook food by heating it in water kept just below the boiling point (same as coddling) -
Steam
Steam oven: Put the content of the bag into a GN container. Add a little oil and mix well. Preheat the steam oven to around 95 °C and steam the pasta for 8 minutes. Saucepan/tilting vat: Add the frozen pasta to boiling, lightly salted water and leave to simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
