Preperation

  • Simmer

    Saucepan/tilting vat: Add the frozen pasta to boiling, lightly salted water and leave to simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Steam

    Steam oven: Put the content of the bag into a GN container. Add a little oil and mix well. Preheat the steam oven to around 95 °C and steam the pasta for 8 minutes.

Storage instructions

Store at -18 °C at least, do not refreeze once thawed.
