Preperation

  • Bake

    Circulation oven: Place frozen capuns in a GN and pour over milk stock. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes. Take out 10 minutes before the end, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.
  • Steam

    Combi steamer: Layer frozen capuns in a GN and steam at 100°C (100% steam) for 20 minutes. Take out and pour over milk stock, sprinkle with grated cheese and cook.
