Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
Method:
• Finely chop the broccoli
• Briefly sauté the broccoli in 1/3 of the olive oil and then cool rapidly
• Mix the rest of the olive oil with all the other ingredients, except the cheese and the broccoli
• Add the broccoli and the cheese
Suggestion:
• This pesto not only goes with pasta, but also very well with grilled meat or fish
