Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
• Lightly crumble the nori leaves
Method:
• Put the rice in cold water with the salt and bring to the boil
• Let simmer covered for around 30-35 minutes over low heat
• With a wooden spatula add the sesame grains, the mirin and the nori leaves
• Let sit for a few more minutes in the covered pot

• Also delicious cold in a salad
