Method:
• Heat the oil in a skillet or wok
• Sweat the chopped onions
• Add the garlic and sweat
• Add the concentrated tomatoes
• Add the peeled tomato pieces
• Add a little vegetable bouillon and season with salt, pepper and herbs
• Reduce well and blend
