Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Marinate the chicken strips with salt and the oyster sauce for 30 minutes

Method:
• Mix the marinated chicken with the corn starche
• Sauté the chicken in the hot peanut oil and put aside
• Heat the sesame oil and add the ginger, garlic and curry paste
• Sauté the vegetable mix. Add the cold noodles and season with the soy and fish sauces
• Allow the sauces to boil, adding the chicken, and lightly cook the noodles
• Add the olives and briefly stir the pasta pan
• Plate the dish to your preference, and garnish with the fresh coriander

Suggestion:
• For large quantities, heating the pasta with steam is practical
