Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Cut the pak choi in quarters lengthwise

Method:
• Heat the coconut oil in a heavy frypan
• Cook the pak choi on all sides over low-medium heat
• Just before it’s cooked, season with the salt and sesame seeds
• Finish with the lime juice

Suggestion:
• The pak choi must be served crunchy
