Preparation

Preparation:
• Wash the wild garlic leaves and dry well in a salad dryer

Method:
• Mix the garlic with the oil
• Add the pinenuts and continue to mix
• Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again briefly

Suggestion:
• Roughly chop 1/3 of the pinenuts and mix with the pesto instead of mixing separately
