Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
Method:
• Heat the rapeseed oil in a saucepan
• Cook the onions in the oil
• Sprinkle over the powdered smoked paprika and let the aroma develop over low heat
• Add the forest mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally
• When all the liquid is evaporated, add the oat cream and the water and bring to the boil
• Lightly reduce, and season with salt
Suggestion:
• For large quantities, thicken the sauce
