Preparation

Preparation:
• Mix the diced onion, garlic, carrots and the ghee
• Mix in the Pizokel, salt and pepper

Method:
• Pour the base mix of Pizokel in a gratin casserole dish. Add the vegetable bundles evenly and sprinkle everything with cheese
• Cook for 20 minutes at 160 °C with hot air
• Rehydrate the sauce according to instructions
• Garnish the gratin with fried onions with rosemary and serve the sauce separately
