Method:
• Mix the grated cheese, flour and paprika
• Place flat rounds of 8 – 10g on teflon oven plates or oven paper
• Cook for 6 minutes in a preheated combisteamer preheated at 180°C

Suggestion:
• For dishes with a stronger taste, the sweet paprika can be replaced by smoked paprika
