Preparation
Preparation:• Assemble all the ingredients
Method:
• Heat the oil in a skillet or heavy pan
• Sweat the carrots and onions in the oil
• Add the tomato concentrate
• Add the diced tomatoes to the water
• Bring to the boil and let simmer for around one hour
• Season to taste with bouillon powder, salt and pepper
• If your children prefer, purée the tomatoes
• Add the Provence herbs
Suggestion:
• To use all ingredients completely!...rinse any tins well and also mix this in with the sauce
