Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients and verify them as organic
Method:
• Heat the oil in a skillet or similar
• Sweat the carrots and onions in the oil
• Add the tomato concentrate
• Add the peeled tomatoes in pieces and the water
• Bring to the boil and let it simmer slowly for around an hour
• Season according to taste with bouillon powder, salt and pepper
• Depending on the preference of the children, the tomatoes can be puréed
• Add the Provence herbs
Suggestion:
• Rince the tins in the water from the recipe and add to the sauce.
