Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients.
Method:
Frypan
• Put the rösti without oil or fat in the non-stick frypan. Soften and brown it for 12-15 minutes on both sides.
Combisteamer
• Soften the rösti
• Put it on cooking plates and gently press it to create the form of the rösti
• Maximum 2kg for each GN tray 1/1.
• Brown it in a combisteamer preheated to 210 °C and 30% steam for 16 minutes
Suggestion:
• Not only a good accompaniment but also as a base for many other dishes
