Teriyaki marinade 0.020 kg
Sushi rice vinegar 0.006 kg
Apricot Jam 0.025 kg
Peanut oil 0.030 kg
Sesame oil roasted 0.060 kg

Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Mix the jam, the teriyaki and the vinegar
• Cut the tofu in 2cm cubes
• Carefully mix the tofu with the marinade and put in the fridge for 2 hours

Method:
• In a frypan brown the tofu in the hot peanut oil and keep warm
• Wipe the pan. Then heat in peanut oil the Sambal, the ginger and the garlic
• Add the vegetables and continue to stir
• Add the defrosted noodle nests, stirring continually
• Add the sauce, stirring continually
• Dress everything and add the tofu

Suggestion:
• Naturally, you can use your own vegetables at hand rather than ready to use vegetables. The following vegetables are particularly well adapted: carrots, red or white cabbage, zucchini, soy sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, spring onions, eggplant, peppers, kale, pak choi, onions etc
• To obtain a nice colour, you can blanch the baby corn in water with tumeric and leave to steep for a few minutes
