• Prepare all the ingredients

Method:
• Pasta & Sauce mixed with Veggie Balls
o For GN 1/1 750g Spaghetti mixed with 525g Tomato Sauce and 1’500g of Veggie Balls.
o Pre heat the CombiSteamer with 130 °C und 100% steam and heat the dish then for 8 minutes.

• Pasta, Sauce and Veggie Balls separated
o For GN 1/1
o put max 2kg of Spaghetti in a dish and put it in a pre heatet CombiSteamer with 95 °C und 100% steam and heat up the spaghetti for 6 minutes.
o Put max 1kg Veggie Balls on a oven tray and bake them in a pre heatet CombiSteamer with 180 °C for 6 minutes.
o Heat up the tomato sauce in a sauce pan.

• Serve this dish with grated cheese
