Method:
• Put the clarified butter in a skillet or a nonstick pan and heat it over medium heat
• Add the Knöpfli and season with butter
• Season with salt and nutmeg

Suggestion:
• Depending on your national customs, sauté lightly in the butter or fry until crusty
• Naturally you can use rapeseed oil in place of the butter
