Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
Method:
• Mix the full cream with the cheese and fine herbs and garlic. Season with salt and pepper
• Then finely filter the mix and put it in a siphon
• Add the gas cartridge. Shake energetically and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Suggestion:
• Depending on your taste, enhance this foam with lemon juice or a pinch of espelette chilli
