Preparation

Ingredients:
• Prepare all the ingredients

Method:
• Mix the orange juice with the organic orange zest, sour cream and whole milk
• Add the orange blossom water and the icing sugar and set aside
• Then finely filter the mix and put it in a siphon
• Add the gas cartridge. Shake energetically and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours

Suggestion:
• Add a pinch of salt and a cap full of orange liqueur
