Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
Method:
• Heat the full cream with the xanthan and the rosemary and let simmer for at least 15 minutes
• Season with salt and pepper
• Then finely filter the mix and put it in a siphon
• Add the gas cartridge. Shake energetically and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Suggestion:
• If necessary, use a second gas cartridge
• Depending on your taste, enhance this foam with orange zest or honey
