Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
Method:
• Finely mix the coriander, lime zest, and the lime juice with the olive oil
• Heat the full cream with the xanthan a few moments. Mix into the coriander oil and add pepper and salt
• Then finely filter the mix and put it in a siphon
• Add the gas cartridge. Shake energetically and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Suggestion:
• Enhance with a touch of honey. For more colour simply add a little mixed spinach
