Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
Method:
• Reduce to a pulp the avocado with the whole milk. Add the full cream and lemon juice
• Season with espelette chilli and salt
• Then finely filter the mix and put it in a siphon
• Add the gas cartridge. Shake energetically and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
Suggestion:
• The full cream can be replaced by a cream yoghurt
