Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
Method:
• Heat the peeled tomatoes in a pot or wok
• Add the apple juice, the two curries, Sambal, the paprika powder and the sugar
• Let simmer over low heat for 15 minutes
• Reduce the sauce to a purée
• Add the ketchup and let simmer for 5 more minutes
Suggestion:
• For a variation, you can replace the apple juice with cola
