• Prepare all the ingredients

Method:
• Put the pasta with the diced tomatoes in a GN tray and mix well
• Cook it in a preheated combisteamer at 160°C and 20% steam for 8 minutes
• Add the fresh rocket and mix carefully
• Plate everything
