Onions, chopped into 3mm cubes 0.300 kg
Garlic, chopped 0.020 kg
Ginger, chopped 0.020 kg
Lemongrass paste 0.010 kg
Sambal Oelek 0.020 kg
Red curry paste, vegan 0.020 kg
Vegetable Mix Chinese Style fresh 2.000 kg

Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Cut the green of the spring onions into rounds
• Cut the rest of the onions roughly and add the Chinese vegetable mix
• Cut the limes into quarters

Method:
• Heat the sesame oil in a wok or similar
• Cook the onion, ginger, Sambal Oelek, lemongrass paste and the red curry paste
• Add the julienned capsicums and stir
• Add the Chinese vegetable mix and sauté everything
• Add the defrosted noodle nests and sauté
• Season with soy sauce and continue sautéing until the vegetables are crunchy
• At the same time, cook the Rice Balls in a preheated combisteamer at 180°C for 8 minutes
• Add the soybean sprouts and stir
• Plate the Fried Noodles and garnish with the Rice Balls, the green of the spring onions and the lime

Suggestion:
• As a change, try this dish with tofu and the other HILCONA Balls
