Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
• Cut the green of the spring onions into rounds
• Cut the rest of the onions roughly and add the Chinese vegetable mix
• Cut the limes into quarters
Method:
• Heat the sesame oil in a wok or similar
• Cook the onion, ginger, Sambal Oelek, lemongrass paste and the red curry paste
• Add the julienned capsicums and stir
• Add the Chinese vegetable mix and sauté everything
• Add the defrosted noodle nests and sauté
• Season with soy sauce and continue sautéing until the vegetables are crunchy
• At the same time, cook the Rice Balls in a preheated combisteamer at 180°C for 8 minutes
• Add the soybean sprouts and stir
• Plate the Fried Noodles and garnish with the Rice Balls, the green of the spring onions and the lime
Suggestion:
