Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
• Mix the vegetables (except the salad leaves)
• Prepare the dip:
o Mix the garlic with the olive oil and let stand for 30 minutes
o Mix the quark soy substitute with the soy yogurt
o Season everything with garlic, salt, Ras el Hanout, cumin, Harissa, lemon juice and chopped parsley
Method:
• Heat the falafels with hot air in preheated combisteamer at 180°C for 8 minutes.
• Gently heat the flat bread according to instructions
• Stuff each flat bread with 20g of salad and 40g of the vegetable mix and with 3 falafels
• Add 15g of the dip over the ingredients
• Roll and fold the flat bread as you wish
• At the same time, grill the pine nuts in a nonstick pan withoil any oil
• Briefly heat the finished flat breads under the grill
• For each person, plate 2 flat breads and garnish with pine nuts, cherry tomatoes and parsley
Suggestion:
• You could alternatively plan 1 flat bread per person, and garnish it with a big salad
