• Prepare all the ingredients

Method:
• Mix the soy sauce, the maple syrup, the rapeseed oil and the paprika
• Marinate the coconut flakes in this liquid for 30 minutes
• Spread the marinated coconut flakes over oven plates covered with oven paper
• Cook in a preheated combisteamer at 160°C for 3 minutes
• Let the crispy bacon sit for 10 minutes in a place which is dry and warm

• Makes a striking garnish for vegan dishes
