Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Roughly chop the cumin
• For the cabbage salad, bring the vinegar to the boil, the oil, salt, pepper, sugar and the chopped cumin
• Season the julienned cabbage with the warm vinaigrette, mixing it well

Method:
• Heat the mince in a preheated combisteamer at 150°C and 40% steam until a core temperature of 75°C
• Cut the bun in two
• Cut a slice of hot mince of around 140 – 150g
• Place the lettuce on the bottom of the bun
• Place the mince on the lettuce and add some mustard
• Place the warm cabbage salad on top
• Finish with the bun top

• As a change, try this burger with sweet mustard
