• Prepare all the ingredients

Method:
• Mix the ingredients in a bowl
• Heat a non-stick pan at moderate temperature
• Pour the mixture (approx. 15g per chip) by portion into the non-stick pan and cook both sides
• It’s cooked when the water has evaporated and there are no more bubbles
• Using a spatula, remove from the pan
• Let dry on kitchen paper and season with salt

Suggestion:
• Replace the water for example with beetroot juice as a nice variation
