Method:
• Place the bacon slices side by side on the oven plate, which has been covered with baking paper
• Cover with a layer of baking paper and place a second oven plate on top
• Cook in a preheated combisteamer at 180°C with hot air for 8 minutes
• Let cool and break into bite size pieces

Suggestion:
• As a variation, try this dish with smoked paprika
