Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Dip : tomato and basil
o Cut the basil in strips
o Mix the diced tomatoes with the olive oil. Season with the sea salt, pepper and basil strips
• Dip : sour cream and chervil
o Remove the leaves from the chervil and finely chop them
o Mix the sour cream, salt, cumin, and chopped chervil until smooth

Method:
• Cook the Bites in a preheated combisteamer for 10 minutes at 180°C with hot air
• Plate the Bites and serve the dips separately

Suggestion:
• Just as delicious when served with other herbs
