Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Dip : sour cream and chervil
o Remove the leaves from the chervil and chop finely
o Mix the sour cream, salt, cumin, and chopped chervil until smooth

Method:
• Cook the bites in a preheated combisteamer for 10 minutes at 180°C with hot air
• Plate the bites and serve the dip separately

Suggestion:
• Just as delicious when served with flat parsley in place of the chervil
