Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Dip: mix the vegan mayonnaise with the pesto

Method:
• Cook the Ocean Sticks in a hot air oven preheated to 180°C for 10 minutes
• Fry the chips according to the instructions until crunchy. Add salt and vinegar
• Plate everything and serve with the dip

Suggestion:
• Of course, you can also fry the Ocean Sticks in a fryer at 175°C for 4 minutes until they are crunchy
