Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Cut the unpeeled potatoes into slices around 3mm thick

Method:
• Mix the potato slices well with the salt and rapeseed oil
• Spread them onto cooking plates
• Cook in a preheated 180°C oven with hot air for around 20 minutes until they are crunchy

Suggestion:
• To have more « crunch » open the chimney of the oven or if it has it, turn on the dehumidifier.
