Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Prepare the apricot chutney according to the recipe
• Prepare the oven baked Dukkah wedges according to the recipe

Method:
• Heat the olive oil in a pan
• Cook the peppers over medium heat until « crunchy »
• Add the garlic, the pepper and salt and cook again briefly
• Cook the burger in the rapeseed oil
• Toast the buns on the grill
• Spread hummus on the inside of the buns and place some salad leaves on top
• Place the burger on the salad
• Garnish the burger with the peppers, some chutney and onion rings
• Put the top on the bun and decorate it with a little GREEN MOUNTAIN flag
• Serve with the crusty wedges straight from the oven
