Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
• Rince the rice in a strainer under cold running water until the water runs clear
Method:
• Preheat the combisteamer oven to 95°C and 100% steam
• Add the rice and water to GN trays and steam for 35 minutes
• Aerate the rice with a meat fork
Suggestion:
• GN 1/1 tray= 1kg of wholegrain basmati rice and 2 l water = 3kg of steamed wholegrain basmati rice
