All PASTA FINA varieties are pre-cooked and frozen. The three-egg dough made from fresh egg and 100% durum wheat semolina creates the perfect bite. The particularly large pasta shapes such as tortelli, agnolotti, ravioli, courelli and rondelli also look absolutely delicious.
