The new convenience solutions offer easy preparation in the oven without pre-cooking. They are flexible to use. They also reduce loss and off-cuts and everyone benefits from less food waste.
Stay flexible, even if you have unexpected guests
You will find sides, meat and fish in this range. All have one thing in common: reliable, consistent quality. Extremely easy preparation. Simply heat, plate up, and you’re done!
You can prepare fish and meat, including salmon filet, plaice, pork saltimbocca and chicken breast, very easily in a combination oven:
- Place the frozen product on a baking tray lined with baking paper (or with a Teflon coating).
- Heat in the centre of the pre-heated oven for about 3-8 minutes at 120 °C fan (30% steam).
- Then roast for about 4 minutes at 180 °C fan (without steam).
Fast, reliable and simple preperation
You can prepare the sides in the combination steamer very reliably and easily:
- Put the contents of the pouch in a GN 1/2 bowl
- Mix well with a litte fat (approx. 2%)
- Pre-heat combination steamer to approx. 170°C
- Heat up sides for approx. 8 minutes at 10% steam.
