Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Prepare the antipasti « maison » vegetables according to the recipe

Method:
• Cook the pasta in a preheated combisteamer at 95°C and 100% steam for 8 minutes.
• In a non-stick pan, sauté the pasta with the vegetables
• Plate the pasta and garnish with the cheese flakes

Suggestion:
• HILCONA Pasta Fina also works perfectly when cooked in a pasta cooker for 3 minutes
• Serve with a little wild garlic leaf pesto
