Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Cook the sauce according to the recipe

Method:
• Cook the sausage in the rapeseed oil over medium heat
• At the same time, fry the chips until they are crunchy
• Plate the sausage with the sauce and the curry powder
• Serve with the chips

Suggestion:
• Using a machine to cut the curry sausages, makes for a great show
• Let the customer choose the different curry powders
• For large amounts, you can certainly prepare the sausage in a combi steamer
