Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Prepare the potato slices according to the recipe
• Prepare the fennel according to the recipe
• Mix the sour cream with the garlic and salt until smooth

Method:
• Cook the Ocean Sticks on oven plates in a 180°C preheated combisteamer with hot air for 8-10 minutes until crunchy
• Plate the ingredients on preheated plates

Suggestion:
• The 3 main components are all prepared with the same combisteamer oven settings
• Prepare the Dip sauce with fresh herbs in place of the garlic
