Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Defrost the cutlets
• Prepare the soya-miso mayonnaise according to the recipe
• Mix the sauerkraut with the Cayenne pepper, the paprika, the ginger and the garlic

Method:
• Cook the bread according to the manufacturer’s instructions
• Baguette with a cutlet
o Cut the baguette in two lengthwise
o Spread the soya-miso mayonnaise on the inside
o Place the cutlet on top
o Garnish with the chilli sauerkraut, the radishes, the rocket and the sprouts
o Place the cover on top slightly tilted, to better view the ingredients
