Preparation
Preparation:• Prepare all the ingredients
• Prepare the bilberry ketchup according to the recipe
• Prepare the fried diced parsnips according to the recipe
• Cut the bagel in two lengthwise
• Mix the alternative cream cheese with the orange juice, hot paprika, curry powder and the salt
• Season the carrot sticks with the seasoned cream cheese
• Whisk the vegan mayonnaise with the truffle oil
Method:

• Toast the bagel halves
• Assemble the burger :

• At the same time, fry the diced parsnips until crunchy
• Plate all the ingredients
