Preparation

Preparation:
• Prepare all the ingredients
• Prepare the antipasti vegetables according to the recipe
• Prepare the tomato sauce according to the recipe
• Prepare the parmesan chips according to the recipe
• Break the cold parmesan chips into bite-sized pieces

Method:
• Cook the pasta for 8 minutes in a combisteamer at 95°C and 100% steam
• Plate all the ingredients and garnish with the parmesan chips

Suggestion:
• The pasta can also be cooked in boiling salted water. This takes about 3 minutes
• For a spicier result, you can add a little chilli to the antipasti
