Preperation

  • Combi heat

    Combi steamer: Place frozen balls on a roasting or baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook at 170 °C and 20% steam in a preheated combi-steamer for 8-10 minutes.
  • Pan fry

    Frying pan: Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Thaw balls and fry for about 4-6 minutes until golden brown on all sides.

Storage instructions

Store at -18 °C at least, do not refreeze once thawed.
